Chelsea Martinus is the CEO of The Black Girl Boss Collective and YRB Cosmetics. She has roots in North Florida where she was born and raised, obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and her Master of Public Health from Florida State University.
While pursuing her education, Chelsea discovered her love for entrepreneurship and helping other Women, especially Black Women. During her time in college, she was the President and Community Outreach Chair of the Association for Women In Science and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Upon starting her first business, Chelsea realized the need for more educational resources and opportunities for Black Women Entrepreneurs. She founded the Black Girl Boss Collective to help Black businesswomen improve their marketing strategies and solidify their brand's online presence. She specializes in social media marketing, email marketing, and business strategy.
Black Women are Chelsea's priority and ensuring that they have the resources they need to create businesses that grow and thrive is the Black Girl Boss Collective's main focus.
