Likes are great, but payment notifications are even better! I've tried several different payment platforms, but Paypal seems to be the best for my business selling digital products and services. It is easy to incorporate into my platforms and allows me to easily track my revenue.

Asana

I always have a thousand things to do for my business at any given time. Asana helps me get it out of my head and into a clear system so I can actually get stuff done. With this task management system, you organize tasks by projects or client’s work, a specific timeline, or a plan that you implement. What great about Asana is that you don’t have to create your organizational system from scratch! You can use one of their many templates to get you started. Asana is completely free to use, so go ahead and get started here.

Google

The beast of productivity solutions! Not only is Google where I house my emails, but it’s also where I create and store important documents related to my business and where I keep track of my schedule. I do these things through Google Drive and Google Calendar.

I’m not sure what my business would look like if I didn’t have access to Google Drive. I can create documents for myself, my team, customers, and clients that can be converted into several different document types (word, pdf, etc). I also create spreadsheets that help me share important information with my clients and my team members. Not only can I create these essential documents, but I can also store them in Google drive which saves space on my own devices.

With Google Calendar, I keep track of important client appointments, events I’ll be attending, and important tasks. I can tell you how many times I’ve been knee-deep into whatever I’m working on and have been saved from missing an appointment by a Google Calendar notification. The best part about Google is that I can easily work from my computer and my phone through Google apps if I need to.

Webflow

Being able to easily design and manage my website on my own is important to me in this current phase of my business. Webflow allows me to do just that! There are many different website building platforms I could choose from, but I use Webflow because it is affordable and perfectly matches my design and tech abilities.  Click here to check it out.

Zoom

Being able to communicate with my clients in a video setting is essential for my business! Zoom helps me easily schedule meetings with clients and team members, record those meetings, and host workshops and webinars. It’s essential for me to run a thriving consulting business.
